Vilt. structuren

Laag over laag vilt ik de wol. Met de hand. Een proces van uren, soms zelfs dagen. Om de wol lucht te geven, snijd ik in het vilt. Daarna draai ik de viltstrengen en speel ik met het ritme. Ik knoop, vouw en vlecht totdat er een nieuwe orde ontstaat.  

The process of felting is time consuming. It takes hours sometimes even days to felt the wool. I cut into the felt, twist the felt strands and play with the rhythm. I knot, fold, and braid until a new order is created.
